My cabinets and kitchen came out great. Finish is smooth. I had old holes from previous hardware and they were able to fill and smooth them. I had fluorescent lights removed and replaced which left me with a a lot of holes in the ceiling..these were filled and ceiling repaired…great job. I also added crown moulding to update these old cabinets…they even filled some spaces between cabinets and wall. Lots of tedious work..Thanks to the team

From the beginning, TruCare was exceptional in all aspects of our transaction. They came early in the process to assess our house and all the details and walked us through creating a custom color for our vinyl siding. We are SO happy with the results. We couldn't be happier with the interior and exterior work by Rich and the TruCare Painters team! We hadn't worked with TruCare before, and contacted them after reading many positive reviews online. We started with a phone call then an appropriately socially-distanced onsite visit due to COVID. I work in tech, and was particularly impressed with the detailed proposals Rich was able to generate and email to me while onsite. Pricing was consistent with what we expected, and we were able to schedule the work pretty quickly after accepting the proposals. We have a traditional New England saltbox house. The exterior project included cleaning and staining the cedar shake siding, and painting the foundation, gutters, and trim. The interior project included painting walls, ceiling, and trim throughout much of the house, including a 20' living room ceiling with exposed beams. We appreciated the advice with regard to color selection, and assistance obtaining samples and testing them in various areas and lighting conditions to ensure they were right. The crew was professional and polite, fun to have around, and always went the extra mile to answer any questions or address issues we were concerned about. It was a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

We hired Trucare to stain our deck. They did a fantastic job. Our deck looks great and our neighbors agree. I highly recommend using this company. Alexander came by towards the end to check the work and gave us advice on what to expect and touch up maintenance. Great company and friendly hard working work crew. I mentioned I wanted some of the stain to stain our mailbox post and when I came out I saw they did it for us and even touched up our light post. Can't say enough how great these guys are.

Hired Alex and the guys at Trucare to fix up a high-ceiling room in a recently purchased house that had some awful wallpaper. I tried removing it on my own and had a rough time so I was happy to pay someone to do it for me! Turned out soo much better, was completed in 3 days, and was able to get on their calendar quickly! Will reach back out if I decide to paint the siding!

My husband and I needed an interior paint job for our entire home after many years since our last fresh coat. The thought of painting 10 rooms ceiling to floor was quite overwhelming for me. I called Rich for an estimate and he showed up and immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that he could handle the job. Rich and his crew, Don & Caesar were professional, efficient and took care of every detail in 3 1/2 days. They made sure I was confident with color choices and that my home looked like new. We had a very positive experience with trucare from start to finish. Rich is knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly cares about customer service. the quote we received for our exterior paint job was clear and the pricing seemed fair based on other quotes we received. we also appreciate that they have a warranty on their work. Joe was the person who actually painted our house and we were impressed with him as well. He did a great job and was responsive to any feedback we had. When he started painting the cedar shake on our house he noticed the color wasn't looking right and he stopped right away to get the right primer to fix it...other contractors we have worked with definitely would have just painted the whole thing not noticing or caring if the color was off. overall would definitely recommend

Absolutely beautiful workmanship! I highly recommend TruCare Painters. They painted the entire interior of my home for a great price. Rich came over and went over every room and carefully discussed all the details and different options for how we wanted our end result to look. He was patient, very knowledgeable and was able to give us an estimate quickly. I love how the estimate arrives digitally with all the details that you can check and uncheck according to your needs and price point. The foreman Caesar stayed on task and took us through every step to keep us informed of how the job was going. This type of huge project is nerve-wracking and his professionalism was very reassuring! They kept the place clean and finished the work on time. I will be using them again for future projects!

Rich and Don were absolutely the best. The process was practically perfect, from the estimate to the power wash and scrape down to the primer coat and then matching the original paint for the house. These guys are extremely responsible, coming on the day they say they will come, arriving on time, focusing on their work, and getting the job done with truly no inconvenience to the homeowner. They cleaned up very well after the job was over and when it was finished I had a beautifully and professionally painted home with tight lines, no runs and no splatter anywhere. I have another house that needs painting and I already asked Rich for the estimate for that property.

We recently hired Paint Life to paint our entry way, kitchen and family room, which has about 18-foot-high ceilings. Right off the bat, I was impressed with Paint Life. From their response time on a request from an estimate and the extremely detailed proposal to the follow-up calls after the work was completed to see if everything went as expected. Rich is extremely professional in everything he does, and you can tell he cares about his clients with the personal touch he adds in conversations and suggestions. From start to finish, the project went smoothly. The project manager, Johnny, was professional, courteous, very friendly but above all, extremely talented. Some of our walls were in extremely rough shape with nail pops and the previous owner doing sheet-rock repair on their own so they needed a lot of work. After the job, there are very few spots that we even notice anymore as the walls now look phenomenal, even with the Satin finish which tends to show more imperfections. The attention to detail and willingness to take feedback on spots we’d liked touched up was refreshing. It truly felt like we were a part of the project from start to finish. Johnny took the time to explain what was going to be done at the end of each day and discussed what would be getting done the next day. They maintained a rather clean and tidy work area as well. Even after the job was done, Rich called to ensure everything was in order and scheduled a time to come out and fix a few minor touch-up spots we noticed after the work was done. Rich is also always trying to improve the business and accepts constructive criticism from “very particular” clients like myself. I would not hesitate one second in hiring Paint Life for my next interior paint project or to recommend them to my friends and family. Can’t thank Rich and the team enough.

Alex’s team did an amazingly quick and thorough job of painting all the interior walls, some with very high ceilings, others with dark colors that had to be covered with white. They didn’t charge us for extra coats and everything was covered by the estimate. The cabinets took a bit longer, but we are very happy with the result. They even helped us with some unrelated damage that resulted from plumbing and saved us a lot of money. We highly recommend them.

We chose Alex and his team for our deck powerwashing, sanding, and paint job, and they were amazing! They were very professional - they provided an estimate that fit our budget. They were knowledgeable, and provided helpful information and several options that addressed the problems we were looking to solve. Our deck looks brand new. Rich gave us an estimate and told us how each of the two rooms we need painted would be done by his staff. One room had wallpaper from over 20 years ago that needed removal. The room has a chair rail and we were going to paint the lower and upper half of the walls different colors. Rich sent Caesar, a project manager and Alberto to our job. The guys were here for 2.5 days and did a really excellent job. They were professional, neat, courteous and responsive to our needs. I cant believe how the sitting room looks after having that wallpaper for over 20 years. The family room was prepped and when the paint went on, it was like icing on a cake. My wife and I were very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Caesar and Alberto. We would definitely be a repeat customer for True Care if we require interior painting in the future.

After dealing with a myriad of contractors for the last 18 months, paint life has been a blessing. Don makes business easy, when things come up he is flexible and is willing to add additional work to his work order and not make it an inconvenience. Pricing is fair. Cesar the foreman was excellent. Did what he said, no dishonesty. Randy and other associated crew were also polite and professional. The crew showed up every day until the project was done. For anyone who has done a renovation, you know that it not the norm. Quality of work is great, we had an old house with plaster walls so it was a challenge. Will likely be using them again for outside of our house.

We had 3 bedrooms stripped of wallpaper and textured ceiling skim coated to remove texture and all walls, ceilings and trim painted. Alexander and team did an excellent job and for a good price! They even worked on Sunday to get the job done since they knew we were under time pressure...I highly recommend.

We recently purchased a home built in the 1950's that while well taken care of by the owners who lived there 60+ years was now in need of freshening up/brightening/updating. Rich and Donald were extremely knowledgeable in their estimate for the work required (painting and beyond normal scope of painters), timely in the estimate and their timeframe determination and professional in the presentation of their services. Marlow and Terry who were the two main "workers" (along with the team of Rich and Donald) were amazing in their expertise and the detail oriented work with a few challenges throughout the job. They remained professional at all times while adding the perfect touch of kindness, caring and personal approach with many laughs at times shared with us and the many other "characters" who appeared to give other work estimates, make deliveries and visit to see work in progress. Rich was very helpful and gave us a comprehensive quote which allowed us pick and choose what work we wanted done. He provided us with color samples and was patient while we chose the right color. The painters, Marlow and Terry, were very thorough and worked quickly to complete the project. We showed them specific areas that needed repairs or special attention, and they made sure that everything was done properly. The whole place looks great!

We recently used Paint Life to paint the interior of our home. They did an excellent professional job. We chose the paint colors and they provided the paint. They we fast, and most of all they were very neat. A few walls needed a second coat of paint and it was no problem for them. We did a walk through afterwards and any areas that needed a touch up, it was taken care of immediately. We would recommend them.

We recently had Paint Life paint the interior of a home - 2 bathrooms, living room, 3 bedrooms / closets, hallway, kitchen and dining room. We had 7 intercom boxes removed from the walls. The team patched the walls as good as new. They even did a great alternative in a bedroom with paneling where the intercom was removed. They built a "built in" box and framed it. Looks great in the room. The team from start to finish was good to work with. As the customer, they wanted to ensure I was happy with the work before considering the job complete. I hired TruCare Painter to paint some bedrooms and hallways in my house. Rich has been very professional throughout the whole process. His painter(s) are very skilled at what they do and accomplished the job on time. I truly recommend them for any painting job.

Just a quick little something about these guys. I called and someone answered the phone. Wow. These days that's starting off really good. 2 hrs later I get a call back from the owner Alexander. He was great to speak with and asked me about my project and then we scheduled an estimate. He told me what to expect which was great. He showed up on time 2ndays later at the scheduled time and was very professional. I took him through the project as he measured and put his information into his little system. The. He gave a fully detailed estimate. This estimate was pretty cool. Broken down with each cost itemized. The price was good. I have gotten 3 other prices before Alexander showed up the previous week. The other companies all had to email me the quotes and some took over a week. It was disappointing to say the least. So. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations from TruCare because all the other painters were just eeh. So anyway. I hired him. We scheduled. Guys showed up very professional and did the work neatly and cleaned up at the end of each day. These guys were great. The work is amazing so I'm super happy. Highly recommend. 👍👍👍

Paint Life did great work with our new house, painting almost the entirety of our 4K sq ft. We used a variety of shades, and everything came out perfectly without drips. They were able to help with a variety of additional tasks that came up, such as removing wood paneling and doing new sheetrock, as well as removing an old wet bar and closing off the unused plumbing. We’ll be going back to them for any future work we need, and give a strong recommendation overall.

I highly recommend First Class Painting Service!! I was moving into a foreclosed house that needed work on the ceiling due to water damage and interior painting of the rooms. First Class provided a detailed estimate complete with pictures of my rooms listing exactly what was to be painted or fixed. These details were emailed to me with an itemized cost for each service. They were on time each day of the project and they debriefed me at the end of each work day. I felt comfortable going to work and returning after work for the walk through and debrief. They cleaned up after each day. Very conscientious and thorough. I will absolutely use them again!!!

Paint life power washed, prepared and painted my back deck and it came out great. Employees were knowledgeable and respectful and listened to what I wanted. When I needed a couple of touch ups after a few days of me inspecting they came back immediately with an extra coat in a few spots. Very happy with the final outcome.

They are clean, professional, and courteous to our clients as myself. Not more than a year after moving into our house, we realized it desperately needed a good wash. We searched for a company to help us and had trouble finding a reasonable price from a professional company. Then we happened to come across Paint Life through a friend on facebook. We filled out the contact form on their website Monday night. Tuesday morning, Rich called to speak about what we needed, and got out to do an estimate that day. He sent us the quote later in the afternoon just like he said he would. The package was comprehensive and informative. We accepted the estimate that night. Wednesday morning, Don called - said he could get it done that day and someone would arrive about 9:30 to get started. The crew was on time, got right to work, and did an awesome job. Rich, Donald, and their team did such an amazing job on our downstairs that we hired them to come back the following week to complete the entire upstairs as well. Total no! Total headache. LIES You should not expect a good experience. The owner lies his way through the whole experience, including adding money to the price and subtracting expectations. I caught him in so many lies it made my head spin, especially the price of the paint - which I could google.... It's as if I didn't know what the internet was. I "paid" 800 bucks for full power washing of the house - the guys were here for 1 hour and 10 minutes and really didn't clean the house before they painted. It was a joke from beginning to end, and in my honest opinion Rich, the owner, can not be trusted. It's creepy when the owner tells you he does 2 background checks on his workers to try to sell his business. I trusted everyone on the job but Bardy, the owner, and the guy who apparently doesn't trust his own employees. I hired this company over others from their good reviews and the photos of their work. The work done was clean and the guys that came to do the work were friendly and professional. I do not recommend this company however due to the utter lack of honesty that occurred throughout the process. I was given a quote and was forced to pay much more than the initial proposal that I had signed. Also, I was told that an insecticide would be added to the paint. I asked time and time again to have the proof that this insecticide was added (I paid extra for it), but it was never given to me. At the very end of this long process I was given a receipt for only 15 of the gallons of the paint which had the "bug juice" added. Carpenter bees have already chewed through the paint and into my home. If this stuff was in fact added to the paint on the trim, the bees would have died eating through the wood. The owner, Rich, told me at one point "I was the problem" when I told him that transparency was an issue. If you do choose to hire them, I would ask them to honor their initial quote. In my opinion, I have never been made to feel like the customer is always wrong more than I did when I hired him. Although the house is complete, we spent more than what was quoted and was argued with throughout the course of the project even though all we wanted was honesty. Headache.

I contacted TruCare for an estimate to wash/sand stain my deck. They responded quickly and provided me with a comprehensive estimate soon after. I was able to accept the proposal on line and the work was scheduled shortly there after. The deck was finished in 2 days and is wearing well so far. Great company- easy to work with!

The estimate was done quickly, the work was scheduled quickly, and the job was completed on time. The guys moved all the furniture themselves and put it back. The work quality is very good too. They were over 25% cheaper than the other quotes I got too. I'd definitely hire them again.
