Yes. Popcorn removal and a smooth modern finish is one of the jobs our customers ask for most. We scrape, skim, sand, and prime the ceiling before it takes its finish coats, and we contain the mess so it stays in the room being worked.
Two finish coats over proper primer is our standard, because one coat rarely covers evenly or wears well. Big color changes or bare patched areas get spot-primed first so the color reads true and the finish lasts.
